Asian Lifts has manufactured, installed and maintained lifts since 2003. Today our engineers look after more than 3,000 lifts across Tamil Nadu from our Chennai headquarters, with a branch in Bengaluru.

What types of lifts do you install?
Passenger, home, hospital, goods and car lifts, and dumbwaiters. We install manual door, automatic door, luxury and hydraulic lifts, with a choice of doors and cabin interiors.
What do your AMC plans include?
Every Asian Maintenance Care plan includes a monthly service visit, a safety checklist after every service and a safety certificate for your lift once a year. Silver Care does not cover repair or replacement of components, Platinum Care covers 50% of elevator components, and Diamond Care covers all elevator components.
Do you maintain all types of lifts?
Yes. We offer AMC for all types of elevators, with experienced service engineers and tracking systems that keep you updated on every visit.
Can you upgrade an older lift instead of replacing it?
Yes. Our modernisation packages include door and gate replacement (including manual to automatic doors), new control panels, digital push buttons and displays, VVVF drives, automatic rescue devices, new cabins, machinery units and gate locks.
What happens if the power fails?
An automatic rescue device (ARD) brings the lift to the nearest landing during a power failure, and opens the door on lifts with power doors. Our GIAN technology includes an inverter-based ARD, and one can be added to existing lifts as part of modernisation.
What is GIAN technology?
GIAN is the control technology we build into our lifts. It includes an inbuilt stabiliser with automatic low-volt adjustment up to 330 V, a sleep mode that saves up to 40% power, a 3-level safety circuit, high-accuracy levelling for jerk-free stops and a fault display that helps engineers respond faster.
